About me

   My name is James Wells and I am a massage therapist certified in clinical and relaxation massage. I received my education at Northwestern Health Sciences University in Bloomington, MN.

   I am interested in anatomical structures and how unhealthy or problematic muscle tissue can be changed to bring balance to the entire body. Do you have sore or tender areas of muscle? Chronic musculoskeletal issues?

   A muscle is much like a living clay, which responds to daily stresses through over- or under-compensation. Like clay, a tight muscle needs to be kneaded and warmed up before smoothing out the lumps that have been
intensifying under unawareness or neglect. It’s true, we can neglect our bodies by passing off minor aches as non-issues. This can lead to chronic pain as connected regions over-compensate for the original tension.
